Earlier this week I saw on HGTV a woman who put a poster on a canvas and it looked great. I remember how she did it, but I want to know if there are any additional ways to do it. So please give me any suggestion you have on the process and any tips to make it look as nice as possible.

At my job, we don’t have to dress up. I work for an IT department and sometimes I have to crawl around on the floor and up in attics. But it isn’t exactly digging ditches either… We try to look semi-dressed up. Would it look dorky to wear boat shoes with jeans and a polo shirt to achieve the semi-dressed up look? Are boat shoes just for shorts, no socks, and to go out on the lake with? I know it might not be the most fashionable thing (that’s okay), but I just don’t want to be doing a well-known nono, like wearing a black belt with blue slacks for example.

Ok so, im went to my local art store and got a great deal on a piece of canvas that was 24 x 20 inches for 20 bucks. It was marked down 55 percent. How can I tell if its good canvas or cheap canvas?

Im looking for a supplier who can make a sneaker for me. A canvas sneaker with designs on the side. This supplier can be in any country im just looking for a reliable supplier. Any suggestions?

mmkay so i found these ah-dorable shoes at the store (link below) prob is they’re a half size to big. if anyone nos a STORE where i can get these in a 5.5 that’d be fab. or if u no where to get other girl pumas in that size that’d be cool too. no like soccer shoes or anything, they’re just for gym class. o and they have to be mostly white w/ added color cuz my gym teacher is wierd about that. thanx! ♥- fiona

I have began doing a new painting technique that involves me watering down my acrylic paint. It looks great wet but once is drys it drys dull and you can see the canvas underneath. I tried painting the canvas before hand but you can still see it. What would be a good thing to try?

I recently acquired some artwork in the form of a canvas painting set over a wooden frame. I was wondering if there is any "proper" or "modern" method of displaying these pieces. Any tips appreciated If my description isn’t adequate I can put up some pictures. Thanks!

I recently finished an oil painting on a 16X20 inch stretched canvas (not a canvas panel), and I need to frame it. This is NOT one of those thick gallery canvases. I believe it’s like a half inch or quarter inch thick. Does anyone know of an online dealer that sells frames to fit canvases?
